is continuously seeking seed-stage and early-stage companies that
are developing wireless and supporting technologies. Driven by quality
over quantity in making investment decisions, each partner typically
makes no more than two new investments per year. This enables us
to work closely with the management of our companies to truly understand
their businesses and allows us to devote the necessary and appropriate
partnership resources to each investment.
Our firm understands that venture capital involves an element of
risk. Our team members have founded successful companies and have
participated in the start-up process, from securing funding to completing
initial public offerings. However, we also know that risk mitigation
is what enables a company to execute effectively and, ultimately,
leads to success. We don’t shy away from a high-risk, high-reward
opportunity. Instead, we work closely with the entrepreneur and
the company to clearly understand the business risks involved and
create a plan that leads to the reduction and eventual elimination
of that risk. By working with entrepreneurs under mutually advantageous
structures in all
stage of the life cycle, we increase the chances of success
for our portfolio companies and optimize the return to our investors.
