Nim joined iSherpa Capital in March
2004. Prior to iSherpa, Nim was Vice President of Finance for
WebTone Technologies, a leading provider of software to the
banking industry. Nim was responsible for the day-to-day financial
operations of WebTone. During his tenure, WebTone raised over
$80 million in strategic investor and venture capital financing,
completed two successful acquisitions and closed the sale of
WebTone to Fidelity Information Services (FIS), a division of
Fidelity National Financial (NYSE: FNF). Post acquisition, Nim
handled the financial due diligence and integration activities
for FIS on multiple public and private acquisitions. He built
the foundation for his career with five years of assurance and
management consulting experience at Arthur Andersen and PriceWaterhouseCoopers
where he focused on emerging business and telecom clients.
Nim holds a BBA from the University of Georgia, an MBA from
Emory University and is a Certified Public Accountant. |
